How to Fill Up the Advanced Passenger Information Form for Travelling to Cuba
You will need one more step after you get your Cuban Tourist Card: fill out the Advanced Passenger Information (API) form for Cuba. This form is critical to the travel process, and you can only fill it in within two days before arriving in Cuba.
For those using the online portal available at https://dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/inicio, here’s a step-by-step guide to filling out the API form:
Access the Online Portal
The Cuban Ministry of Transportation manages this official platform for international travellers.

The website may default to Spanish. If you need another language, look for a language selection option, typically represented by a Translate symbol with a dropdown menu.
