Process and Delivery Notice
As previously outlined in the “What is a Cuba tourist Visa” section on our main page, our process and delivery offer three options: Standard Service, Standard Service With Special Delivery and Priority Service. Standard Service and Standard Service with Special Delivery can take around seven working days to be dealt with and posted, then the rest of the time will be the time it takes for your delivery. First Class, Royal Mail Post, can take up to fourteen working days. Special Delivery Royal Mail will be next 48 hours after posting. Priority Service does offer our fastest processing time and does include next-day post or office collection, depending on customers’ needs. Remember that you, our valued client, are responsible for accurately completing your Cuba Tourist Cards. The information you provide online will be printed, with no alterations made by us (Cubavisa. uk). Before proceeding with payment, please double-check that all your details are accurate and match your passport. We do not assume responsibility for any errors or omissions that may occur during your online application process.
Upon finalising your online payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Occasionally, we conduct random checks, and if we see any clear error, we’ll reach out to discuss the issue. However, please understand this is not a routine procedure, and as such, we do not bear liability for errors originating from your end.
Do review your confirmation email promptly and alert us to any errors. If caught early enough, amendments may be possible.
Upon submission, your application will be placed in a system queue according to the service requested. We strive to deliver prompt and efficient services to process and dispatch your Cuba Tourist Cards. If you’ve chosen an office collection, kindly get in touch before your arrival, and we’ll be more than glad to confirm a collection time for you. We exclusively utilise Royal Mail for all postal needs, including First Class Signed-For and Special Next Day Delivery services.
You will get an email notification when your document is dispatched or ready for office collection. It’s your responsibility to ensure that our emails reach your inbox; to help facilitate this, please add us to your email contacts. If you have any issues, please do contact us.
If you’ve opted for the Special Delivery, a Royal Mail Tracking Number will be emailed to you, enabling you to track your documents’ whereabouts and stay updated on the delivery status.
