So What’s next?

1. Check your Email Inbox for Confirmation

A) Please check your confirmation email; here you will find all the details of your application as we received them from you—last chance to look out for any mistakes. If you see anything wrong or missing, reply to your confirmation email or email us first to [email protected] then if you wish, call us during working hours.

B) If you do not have the Confirmation Email in your Inbox, please check your Spam Box or Junk Email Folder using a computer and login in through your browser, if you still have not found it, please email us, one of the team will resend your confirmation email during working hours.

2. Add us to your Safe List or Contacts

Due to the nature of our confirmation emails, some email providers might consider our emails as spam; please add us to your safe list or contacts list. We will email confirmation of postage. Next working day postage for Priority Service. Seven working days for Standard Service and one day after if you choose Special Delivery or three days for First Class Post.

3. Sit back and relax

We will work on your application and get it processed and posted to you according to your chosen option. An email will be sent to you once postage takes place. Clients who choose, Special Delivery or Priority Service, will be given a Royal Mail Tracking number which can be track and trace from the next day your postage confirmation email arrives.
