Great news!

Your application and payment have been submitted successfully.

Great job completing your online application!

Just a few essential steps are left to ensure everything is in order. Don’t worry—we are here to help!

Please take a moment to read through the instructions below.

So What’s next?

1. Check your Email for Confirmation

Please review your confirmation email thoroughly; it contains all the details of your application as you provided them. This is your final opportunity to spot any discrepancies. If you notice any information that differs from what is stated in your passport, please promptly respond to your confirmation email (sent from info@cubavisa.uk) before your tourist cards are processed.

If you haven’t received the Confirmation Email in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk Email folders using a computer and access your email account through a browser. If you still cannot locate it, kindly contact us via email; a team member will resend your confirmation email during our working hours.

Adding our email address to your contacts list (info@cubavisa.uk) should facilitate prompt receipt of our emails.

2. Receiving your Tourist Card(s)

We will diligently handle your application, managing the entire process and dispatching it based on your preference. You will receive an email notification once the postage is completed. For those selecting Special Delivery or Priority Service, we will provide a Royal Mail Tracking number, enabling you to monitor the delivery status. We kindly advise attentiveness in verifying your delivery status and contacting Royal Mail if necessary for further assistance.
