Please check your confirmation email; here, you will find all the details of your application as we received them from you; last chance to look out for any mistakes. If you see anything different to what is on your passport, reply to your confirmation email (coming from firstname.lastname@example.org ) immediately and before your tourist cards are issued.
If you do not have the Confirmation Email in your Inbox, please check your Spam Box or Junk Email Folder using a computer and login in through your browser. If you still have not found it, please email us; a team member will resend your confirmation email during working hours.
Adding us to your emails contacts should help to receive emails promptly (email@example.com)
We will work on your application and get it processed and posted according to your chosen option. An email will be sent once postage takes place. Clients who opted for Special Delivery or Priority Service will be given a Royal Mail Tracking number which can be tracked and traced from the next day your postage confirmation email arrives. Please be attentive in checking your delivery and follow up with Royal Mail when necessary.
You can get any travel insurance in the UK or Europe which covers travelling to Cuba. If you need to buy travel insurance, you could consider using Staysure Travel Insurance.
Please note that from January 2022, you will need to fill in online your Advanced Passenger Information (also called the Health Declaration form) before arriving in Cuba.
