If you do not have the Confirmation Email in your Inbox, please check your Spam Box or Junk Email Folder using a computer and login in through your browser; if you still have not found it, please email us; a member of our team will resend your confirmation email during working hours. Add us to your contacts ( [email protected] )
We will work on your application and get it processed and posted according to your chosen option. An email will be sent once postage takes place. Clients who opted for Special Delivery or Priority Service will be given a Royal Mail Tracking number which can be tracked and traced from the next day your postage confirmation email arrives. Please be attentive in checking your delivery and follow up with Royal Mail when necessary.
